Hello, my name is David Brookhouser. I am a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the state of Arizona. I assist homeowners and future homeowners, experienced or first time, in the mortgage financing of their real estate ventures and quests. Buying real estate is one of the largest financial transactions individuals will do in their lifetime. I am committed to listening to my clients to understand their real estate goals and needs and guide you through the real estate financing process to achieve those goals.
Prior to becoming a Mortgage Loan Originator, I spent 30 years in a Fortune 500 corporate environment, where I built longstanding relationships, worked on complex contracts and handled many projects all the while working for a fair and balanced outcome. In addition to business experience, I hold a BA in Business Administration, an MBA in Finance, and an MA in Accounting and Financial Management. I consider myself a lifetime learner, which allows me to provide knowledge and excellent service to those I serve.
I feel an important aspect of my previous experiences that I offer clients is that my family and I relocated over a half dozen times to new states and cities. Each relocation required a sell on one end and a purchase on the other end. I understand the stresses associated with buying and selling a home and working on deadlines. I also understand the details families have to focus on besides just buying and selling a home, i.e. new schools, new doctors, pharmacies and all the other items that keep your family life structure together. I will couple together all my real estate, business, education and relocation experiences to ensure a successful home mortgage financing experience for you.
